Content Analytics
You can now gain a high-level insight into how Apty Content operates on your application using the Content Analytics dashboard, which enables you to custom-filter, discover, and analyze data at both content and user levels to support smarter business decisions.
Note:
The Content Analytics section will be accessible to users only if all the following conditions are met:

The feature flag is enabled in your Admin Portal. To learn more, see List of Apty Feature Flags.

Segments for your Apty Content are created and in active state. Create Segments (version 4.x and above).

Ensure to establish a default segment that contains every user of your application in case some users are not part of a segment group already. To learn more, see Create a Segment for All Users.

Users are identified using either the Application ID or the Custom ID. However, Content Analytics will be subsequently provided for users identified using Apty ID in future versions. To learn more, see Unique User Identification (Version 4.x and above).
Previously, Content Analytics was limited to Workflows. With this release, Apty will offer Content Analytics for Validations, Tooltips, Launchers, Announcements, and Knowledge Center content.
Content Dashboard
The Content Dashboard appears first each time you navigate to the Content Analytics section in the Admin Portal. It’s a global dashboard that includes overall engagement, adoption, usage, and completion rates for your Apty Content (Workflows, Validations, Tooltips, Launchers, Announcements, and Knowledge Center content) across your application.

Import Translations for Apty Content
With Apty's new Import Translation functionality, you can optimize time and cost by mass importing specific exported Apty Content (Workflows, Validations, Tooltips, Launchers, and Announcements) in several languages into your Admin Portal without relying on any third-party applications.
Previously, Import Translations was limited to Workflows. With this release, Apty will offer Import Translations for Validations, Tooltips, Launchers, and Announcements.
