By utilizing Apty's innovative Import Translation feature, you can efficiently save time and reduce costs by importing multiple Apty Content items (such as Workflows, Validations, Tooltips, Launchers, and Announcements) in various languages directly into your Admin Portal without the need for external applications.
Note:
This functionality does not apply to Checklists.
If you need to import translations from a different application, you will first have to export them from that specific application.
Exporting Translations:
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Choose the application containing the translations.
- Navigate to Manage > Content type (Workflow/Announcement/Tooltip/Launcher/Validations).
- Select the items you want to export translations from using the checkboxes.
- Click on Export Translations at the bottom corner of the page.
- A popup will appear with the available languages – select the relevant ones.
- The file with the content translations will be downloaded to your system.
Importing Translations:
- In the Admin portal, select the application where you want to import the translations.
- Go to Manage > Content type (Workflow/Announcement/Tooltip/Launcher/Validations).
- Look for the Import Translations button at the top right corner of the page.
- Click on it, and a popup will prompt you to upload the translation file.
- Hit Continue.
- The translations will be seamlessly added to the chosen content.
