Yes, Apty Client restricts the content access based on different logon profiles.

Yes, end users are allowed to do customization based on their preference. In order to do customization click on "Customization" menu in which the user has the option to change the Apty Client theme, change languages, manage keyboard shortcuts and more.

Yes, the content can be filtered based on the assigned Tags in the Admin Console and by using a Search bar in the Apty Client.

Yes. Access to the system functionality can restricted based on the role of a user. Custom Roles can be created and assigned to users. While creating custom roles take care of all the permissions that will be required to complete a task. Application access and correct set of permissions will help users to complete the tasks related to their scope of work.
