Can the position of Apty Studio be adjusted to anywhere on the screen?
Apty Studio can be adjusted either to the left or to the right of the screen.
Snap the Apty Studio and browser window into organized tiles by clicking the Adjust button at the top right corner of the Apty Studio.
What are the major functionalities of the Apty Studio ?
Apty Studio is implemented as a native application and is one of the crucial components of the Apty suit. It is the primary tool for connecting with a browser and creating instructional content (such as Workflows, Validations, Tooltips, Launchers, and Announcements), and laying it over the surface of the hosting application with an ability to preview the results in a live mode.

Is it possible to start the Workflow from any point of the application?
Yes, it is possible by marking it as an Entry point and identifying the page using Anchor Points.

Can we check the status of the Workflow in the Apty Studio ?
Yes. To check the status of the Workflow, log in to the Apty Studio and select the application you are attempting to work with. From the opened menu select Workflows. The list of all Workflows created for this application opens. To the left of each Workflow the dot signifying the publishing status of a Workflow is displayed:
- Draft: This state specifies that the content is in the development state and is not ready for testing or being available for end users.
- Ready: This state defines that the instructional content is ready for testing in the development or test environment. In this state the content can be seen in the Apty Studio only in the development environment but is not available in the production environment.
- Publish: This state specifies that the content has been tested and is ready to be available for the hosting application end users. The content in this state will be visible in the Apty Studio to the production environment.
Can we customize the Balloon size?
The balloon size is automatically adjusted to the size of the content added to it. The content of the balloon can include simple text, pictures or links.

Apty Client
What are the major functionalities of the Apty Client?
The key functions of the Apty Client are: providing access to the content built with Apty Studio, listening to the events and collecting data for Analytics. Apty Client is the key element of the Apty Suite, which makes the navigational and instructional materials created with the Apty Studio tool visible to the end users of your hosting application.

Yes, the position of Apty Client laid over the surface of the hosting application can be configured at the Admin Console:
Select among the following options of displaying Apty Client within the browser window of the hosting application. The users can choose from the following options:
- Right Top
- Right Middle
- Right Bottom
- Bottom Right
- Bottom Middle
- Bottom Left
- Left Top
- Left Middle
- Left Bottom
Can the Apty Client be hidden from the surface of the hosting application?
No, we can't hide Apty Client once it is installed, but it can be deactivated by disabling the extension.
Admin Console
Can we create Users in the Admin Console?
Yes. User Management allows system administrators to maintain users by adding / removing them. Users can also be added as a System Administrator and every user added here can also log into the Apty Studio.

Does the tool support multiple languages?
Apty supports multi-language instructional content. Once the content is created, it can be translated into multiple languages and published for end users. Apty automatically determines what language has been selected for working with the hosting application and when applicable, offers the respective translated version in the Apty Client.
