Content Analytics Enhancements - Workflow Feedback
Content creators and workflow managers invest significant effort in building software guidance. A critical KPI for their roles is gaining insights into user adoption and feedback. With Apty’s new “Workflow Feedback Ratings,” leaders can now quantify and analyze user challenges, directly contributing to improved user satisfaction and productivity. These ratings provide valuable data on how users engage with digital processes, empowering leaders to make informed decisions that enhance user experience and optimize workflows.
Recognizing the importance of these metrics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement, we have reintegrated this functionality to ensure that users can continue to access the full spectrum of insights necessary for optimizing their digital workflows.

Enhanced Content Creation Experience - Improved Workflow Scroll Retention
The Enhanced Content Creation Experience makes content creation and management easier. With our “Improved Workflow Scroll Retention” feature, we ensure that the scroll position is maintained at the place where the step was last edited.

Accessibility - Improved Focus in Workflows
This enhancement improves accessibility focus shifting away from the selected element during interactions with workflows and other content. Now, the accessibility focus remains locked to the selected element, ensuring that when using the Tab key, navigation stays within the Apty Balloon area. The focus will cycle through the highlighted element, balloon description, next button, and the “X” button, without moving outside the content area. This improvement enhances navigation consistency and supports a more seamless user experience.
PATH : Login Admin > Application > Manage Application >General Settings > Advanced > Enable Focus Lock in Workflow Steps

Note:
-
This feature will not work for floating steps.
-
Unless it is turned on from the Admin Portal, the option will not appear in the Apty Studio until enabled.
-
Focus lock is enabled by default for every step of a workflow and must be disabled manually if needed.
-
When Workflow balloon / step is rendered, utilizing the Keyboard “Tab” will navigate into the workflow balloon /step.
-
If a user hits the ESC button, focus lock will be disabled for that particular step and move on to the next step.
-
Cross-Origin iFrames (Extension & Injected Modes) are not supported due to security restrictions.
-
For Workday Application → A timeout has been implemented before focusing on the next element to account for any custom logic being executed by Workday. This adjustment ensures that the focus lock functions correctly.
