Knowledge Center Items can be made active for a certain time frame.
For instance, specific Knowledge Center Items may only be beneficial for a limited time, such as during a special promotion, system updates, or under other business circumstances.
To set up the display schedule for a new or existing Knowledge Center Item, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Admin Portal.
2. Choose the application you intend to work with from the menu on the left side panel.
3. In the Application menu go to Manage > Knowledge Center. The inventory of materials uploaded to the Knowledge Center becomes accessible.
4. Locate the content item you wish to display for a specific time frame, click on the vertical ellipses at the end of the row, and choose the Edit option from the context menu. This will open the Edit Knowledge Content screen.
5. Tick the box for "Display between dates".
6. To make Knowledge Center items active for a specific time frame, simply select the Time zone (if different from local) and set the From Date and To Date in the respective fields.

7. Click Save to apply the changes made.
