You can add new steps to a Workflow using the Apty Studio if you've already created one but realized you forgot to include a certain step in it, or if your application was upgraded with new features that required you to do so to ensure users don't experience any glitches.

Follow the steps below to add a new step to an existing Workflow in Salesforce.
1. Login to the Apty Studio after loading it on your web browser.
2. Click Select Application.
3. Choose SFL from the list of applications to launch Salesforce in your browser.
4. Once the application opens, select Workflows on your Apty Studio.
5. Select the Workflow from the list of Workflows previously created on the application.
Note: Select Element is a default selector when the user creates a new Workflow step. However, you can choose one of the advance selectors from the drop-down. To learn more, see Advance Element Selectors for Workflows. |
8. Enter the instruction for the step.
Info: You can customize the step instructions and add links, images, and videos in your Workflow using the text editor. |
9. Enter the step name.
Info: You can customize your Workflow balloon using ADVANCE ON and HIGHLIGHT OPTIONS. |
10. Under BALLOON POSITION, choose the desired position of the balloon. To know more about entering information inside the balloons, see Workflow Balloons.

11. Click Done to complete configuring the new step.
