      Activity Engagement

      The Activity Engagement interface in the Admin Console examines the usage of the events a user experiences when working through a process in an application.

      You can create Activity Tracking for several activities and analyze how your users consume these activities. Using the data, you can identify:

      • User engagement vs adoption rate with your content
      • Unique users and their behavior
      • Percentage and the frequency of utilization for each event within an Activity

      Use the data to enhance your content and assist users in successfully completing their tasks.
