Language

If the hosting application is translated into multiple languages, Apty Player can also be customized to provide access to translated Workflows, Tooltips and other navigation content to match the languages of the hosting application for better user experience.

In the latest version of Apty, the current language preference of a website can be determined automatically and the assisting content (menu language, Workflows, Tooltips, Onboardings, etc.) shown in the Player is displayed in the corresponding translated version. For example, if the selected language of the hosting application is French, Apty automatically displays the content of the Player in the same language. In this case, changing a language in Player > Settings > General optionas shown in the picture above is unnecessary.

NOTE: If this function is not available for you, contact Apty Customer Success representative.

Admin User can change the language of Assist content from English to any of the available languages. This can be performed by the Apty User given the role of the translator. To learn more about user roles in the Apty Assit, refer to this article.
