General Account Settings

One instance of Apty Insights Admin may serve for analyzing health and activity of usage of multiple web applications crucial for operation of your organization. Apty Insights Administrator has an ability to change company name and time zone in case of potential re-branding or changing geographical location.  Company's current plan with Apty can also be previewed in the General Account Settings. Follow the steps below to access or change company information.

To access or define General Account information:

1.   At the right corner of the navigation menu click your username to access User menu.

2.   Select Account Settings from the list of options.

3.   In the opened screen select the General tab.

4.   This page contains general company information:

Company Name
Name of your company. May be changed if necessary.


Current Plan
This field is automatically populated with the name of the Apty plan your company is signed up for. To change the plan, contact our Customer Success team.


Time Zone
Define the time zone your company primarily operates in. May be changed if necessary.

5.   To proceed with changes made, click Save at the bottom right corner of the screen.
