Permalink Statistics

Permalink is a direct link to your application that automatically starts a Workflow / Announcement/ Knowledge content when clicked. Permalink is a unique identification string that needs to be added at the end of the URL of the page on which the permalink content is to be presented.

PATH: Admin Console > select application on the left sidebar > Analytics > Permalinks

Widgets

Each widget provides quantitative measurements for User Engagement with the trend of increment, decrement or staying on the same level in comparison with the previous time interval selected in the Date Range filter at the top right corner of the screen:

Users

The number of unique users count who used Permalinks and comparison of first and last dates to show increment/decrement percentage of users displayed on the top right corner of the widget.

Total Usage
The number of Permalinks used count and comparison of first and last dates to show increment/decrement percentage of Permalink used count displayed on the top right corner of the widget.


Permalinks Usage Graph

The statistics from the Permalinks Usage graph are all reported in the Analytics Dashboard based on the selected filtering. 

The display of the Announcements Usage graph can be configured according to the time format of the horizontal X-axis by selecting whether the graph line to should show details for Days, Weeks, Months or Years.

Permalinks Overview

Permalinks Overview is the list of top triggered Permalinks for this application. The list includes:

  • Permalinks Kind: Workflows, Announcements or Knowledge content.
  • Trigger Count is the number of times end users used Permalinks.
  • Announcements Creation Date that helps to estimate the number of Permalinks people used based on the timing parameter.
