Project Kickoff

The Kickoff call is likely the first opportunity for the CSM and the Customer to meet and discuss the Project in-depth. The goal is to set expectations, understand the customer’s timeline, constraints and business objectives.

During the kick-off Meeting following would be discussed:

  • Intro of Teams
  • Subscription Overview
  • Scope Overview
  • Goals and Objectives
  • Plan of Action

The best way to prepare for a Kickoff Call is discuss internally what your business objectives are and discuss in detailed with CSM during kick-off meeting.
