During Content development, the Workflows can be developed by the Apty Assist CS team and/or the customer's Admin team.
Ensure you share the support site user guides with the customer's team to help enable them to create and administer the Apty Assist content. (also, setup touchpoints to help them with any roadblocks they have.)
Every content that is created will follow the same lifecycle from concept to deployment
Conduct an internal Content Spec Review and hand-off session with the internal content development team ensure all relevant information is conveyed and the evaluation goals are communicated.
Ensure the features Specs are complete and the Customer Context Document is updated. Plan and track the Content build in JIRA and track efforts in PPM.
