To make the best use of Apty and enhance the user experience, there’s no better way than giving your team the skills they require. We know that in any organization adapting to a new tool can be tough, but at the end of this training usage of Apty will be easier! This training goes over the Apty tool for best implementing it for your application. Apty involves three kinds of users depending upon the features they have access to:

  • End User
  • Admin
  • Super Admin

End User: End Users would be having access to Apty widget which will be available at bottom - right of your screen. Search for your desired Work Flow and you are good to go.

Admin: This user has access to both the Player and Editor, within each you can:

  • Create a Workflow
  • Edit a Workflow
  • Create Validation
  • Change the status of a Workflow

Super Admin: This user can solve complex business problems by writing script into Apty. Super Admins have full access to the Admin console and are able to:

  • Add new resources
  • Add media
  • Make use of the Apty API
  • Add tool tips for providing more information to the user
