Retrieve Permalinks
Permalinks provide a link that launches the application in the browser and the tool linked with the permalink given that the player is active, and content is in a playable state. Permalink is a unique Identification string that needs to be added at the end of the URL of the page on which the permalink content is to be presented.
To obtain a Permalink of a piece of content from the Knowledge Center:
1. Log into the Admin Console.
2. On the left side panel select the application you plan to work with. The application menu opens.
3. In the Application menu go to Manage > Knowledge Center. The list of materials added to the Knowledge Center via Launchers or through Admin Console opens.
4. Find a row with a piece of content you are attempting to edit, click the (three vertical dots) button at the end of the row and select Copy Permalink in the context menu.
