      Play and Review Workflow

      You can view a live preview of the Workflow from the Apty Studio without switching to the Player. This way there is no need for the admin to switch the Workflow status into publish to test it.

      To access the Workflows option in the Apty Studio:

      1.  Login to the Apty Studio and select the hosting application you plan to work with.

      2.  Click Workflows.

      3.  Select the Workflow from the list of Workflows previously created on the application.

      4.  The Workflow settings screen opens. Click Play Workflow to review it.

      5.  In order to stop the preview mode, click on Stop.

      Once the Workflow is ready, publish the workflow and it should appear in the Player. To learn more, see Change the status of a Workflow.
