Enable Workflow Auto Pilot

Assist Autopilot is a feature that takes completion of mundane tasks one step further. 

Autopilot navigates the user through a Workflow by creating an interactive tutorial. In case the Workflow assumes predictable user interaction with the interface elements (clicking buttons or links, hovering over the elements, or filling in predefined text in the input fields), Apty may be programmed to perform these actions automatically on behalf of the user.

To enable Auto Pilot in a new Workflow:

1.    Login to the Apty Studio and select the application you want to work with. The Apty menu opens.

2.   Click on the Workflows Icon. The list of the Workflows created for this application opens.

3.   Start creating a new Workflow by clicking the + button at the top right corner of the screen.

4.   Once you provided a Name and other details, check the Enable Auto Pilot box and proceed with the Workflow creation.

 

To enable Auto Pilot in an existing Workflow:

1.   Login to the Apty Studio and select the application you want to work with. The Apty menu opens.

2.   Click on the Workflows Icon. 

3.   Select the Workflow from the list. A series of steps in the Workflow will be displayed.

4.   At the top right corner of the screen hover over the vertical ellipsis . In the context menu select Settings. The Edit Workflow screen opens. Check the Enable Auto Pilot box and click Save.
