      Creating instructional content using the Apty Studio extension

      Apty content such as Workflows, Validations, Launchers, Tooltips, Announcements, and Activity Tracking is created by connecting the Apty Studio extension with the hosting web application opened in the Chrome browser and the latest version of the Microsoft Edge browser.

      Displaying instructional content for end users using Apty Client

      Once content is created for the hosting web application using Apty Studio, it must be published using the Apty Studio or the Admin Portal to make it available to end users through the Apty Client (also known as the Need Help? widget).

      The following browsers support Apty Client depending on its mode of installation.
