Creating instructional content using Apty Studio extension

Apty content such as Workflows, Validations, Launchers, Tooltips, Announcements, and Activity Tracking are created by connecting the Apty Studio extension with the hosting web application opened in the Chrome browser and the latest version of the Microsoft Edge browser.

Displaying instructional content for end users using Apty Client

Once content is created for the hosting web application using Apty Studio, it must be published using the Apty Studio or the Admin Portal to make them available to end users through the Apty Client (also known as the Need Help? widget).
