To start managing the content for your application, request System Administrator credentials from the Apty team. System Administrators can access the Admin portal by logging in.
1. Navigate to the Admin Portal URL. Your Admin URL is provided by your Customer Success Manager and typically looks as follows:
2. Login to the Apty Admin Console using your credentials.
3. Click the Login button. Once successfully logged into the Admin Console you can manage the general Apty application settings, connection to hosting apps, publish Apty instructional elements created with the Editor, and search for app usage patterns with Apty Analytics.
NOTE: If you forget your Password, click Forgot? on the Login page, enter Email address and click Request Reset Link. A password reset email is going to be sent to the stated email address.
Once you receive an email address, follow the instructions to reset password and log in to the system using new credentials.
