You might occasionally be unable to log into your Apty Admin Portal or Apty Studio for a variety of technical reasons. This article assumes that you have already troubleshot the basics, such as making sure the URL is typed correctly, clearing your cache, and having a functional internet connection. The following causes could prevent you from logging in:
1. Verify the credentials because Username and Password are case-sensitive.
