After successful Identification and capturing of use cases during Discovery Session(s), your Customer Success Manager will work closely with you to build out Apty content following the best practices of your hosting application.
You may go through multiple review cycles with your Customer Success Manager and Solution Engineer to make sure Apty content is configured to your specifications.
For these sessions, your Customer Success Manager is focused on the following objectives:
1. Do the use cases align with desired outcomes?
2. Is there an understanding between Customer Success Manager and Customer regarding the business processes that need to be completed within the hosting application?
3. Are best practices per the hosting application being incorporated into Apty content use cases?
