Early on in your Apty implementation, you will have a series of Content Discovery Sessions with your Customer Success Manager and Solution Engineer to detail the top priority business processes happening in your hosting application. These are also referred to a "use cases." The details of each business process will be used by your Apty CSM and SE to create your initial batch of Apty content, i.e. Workflows, Announcements, Launchers, Tooltips, etc.
Most customers benefit from having 1-3 Content Discovery Sessions, but each use case varies.
