Apty allows adding a voiceover for the steps of the new or existing Workflows via a screen reader. This feature may serve as:
- an integral part of accessibility standards, or
- if you are aiming to provide comprehensive description of each of the Workflow steps.
You can start (or stop) voiceover by clicking the respective button within the step balloon.

To enable Voiceover in a new Workflow:
1. Login to the Apty Studio and select the application you want to work with. The Apty menu opens.
2. Click on the Workflows Icon. The list of the Workflows created for this application opens.
3.Start creating a new Workflow by clicking the (Plus) button at the top right corner of the screen.
4. Once you provided a Name and other details, check the Enable voice over box and proceed with the Workflow creation.

To enable Voiceover in an existing Workflow:
1. Login to the Apty Studio and select the application you want to work with. The Apty menu opens.
2. Click on the Workflows Icon.
You are redirected to the list of the Workflows available for this hosting application. Green dot next to the Workflow indicate that the Workflow is published. Yellow dot indicate that a Workflow is in the Draft mode. Workflows can only be edited when they are in Draft Mode. To change the Workflow Status, refer to this article.
3. Select the Workflow from the list. A series of steps in the Workflow will be displayed.
4. At the top right corner of the screen hover over the button (three vertical dots). In the context menu select Settings. the Edit Workflow screen opens. Check the Enable voice over box and click Save.
